We are currently experiencing a delay in updating patient information used for research. Searching for a patient by name, NAM, telephone number or file number may not find a patient who was created or modified between Tuesday, April 2, 11 a.m. and Wednesday, April 3, 11:15 a.m.

The indexing delay should be recovered by 8 p.m. this evening. We are monitoring the situation closely.

Any new changes since 11:15 a.m. today will be effective in the following minutes and should not be impacted by this delay.
